How to create visualization in SAP BusinessObjects Explorer using SAP BI OnDemand

Here are basic steps to create visualization using SAP BusinessObjects Explorer in SAP BI OnDemand.

(1) Log on to SAP BusinessObjects BI OnDemand.

(2) Add Dataset.

(3) Here I am explaining visualization in Excel Data Sheet.

Select an Excel file and click on Add Dataset

(4) Select appropriate sheet.

(5) You will get your all columns available in your sheet,

(6) Now click on Explorer

(7) You will get your visualization

(8) Now you can change data for visualization

Select Explore More….

(9) Customers are already in Sort based on Sales Amount, now Select only top 10

(10) You will get visualization for Top 10 Customers (based on Sales Amount) only…..
