Want to get up to speed on the basics of Design Thinking concepts and processes, and how they may be relevant in your day-to-day roles?  SAP Education now created a short, free e-learning course with some videos highlighting DT from different point of view. You can check it out via the SAP Education website. (registration required, but no fee as its free)

In Germany, Austria and Switzerland there is also a 2 Day Workshop available which can be visited as public course or hold for companies tailored and in-house – details can be found here on the SAP Education Webshop. Happy learning 🙂

      Thomas,

Thank you for sharing the Knowledgeburst with us here on SCN. I had attended Design Thinking sessions at SAP TechEd the past two years, which I enjoyed very much, and I have been eager to learn more. The video mentioned getting more information at /go/10 thinks and go/design-thinking. Are those resources publicly available?

      Thanks again,

      Gretchen

      Hello Gretchen,

unfortunately this links are SAP internal... as the small e-learning was originally done for SAP employees. However - what do you think of creating an overview on SCN on free DT REssources - perhaps in a WIKI so everyone can contribute?

      Thomas,

I think that is a good alternative. Thank you for suggesting it. I am already following SCN's Design Thinking space, and I will look forward to seeing additional resources posted here and elsewhere.

      Regards,

      Gretchen
