As working on Time and Payroll, While searching some threads on SAP SDN, I came across some thread related to time management & evaluation. So I personally feel that I have to contribute some stuff related to Time management on which i have worked. following is scenario related with time quotas,
Every employee will get the 1 day C – Off, If the y work on weekly off. And 2 day C – Off if they work on public holiday like Republic Day, independence Day etc.
C – Off will be valid for one month. And it will not en cashed.
For the above scenario we need to configured following thinks,
- Absence Type (IT 2001)
- Absence Quotas (IT 2006)
- Time Types
- Base Entitlement & Validity
- Generation Rule for Quotas
- P C Rule

Place this rule in the customized schema i.e. In here we have SWAP schema which is copied from TM00 SAP standard schema.Before the CUMBT Function.
Here I have Choose case no. 3127104.
This employee has five working days in a week and had two weekly off as Saturday & Sunday.
For the February 2011 he had work all the weekly off.
Following is the Time evaluation result (T . Code PT60).
After run the time evaluation you can check the result / time type balance in T . Code PT_BAL00

In Time Type 80CF it will contain 8 number as C – Off
Same will upload in Infotype 2006 as follow,
