SAPPHIRE update – Help Teams Achieve New Levels in Sales and Service with Mobile Apps

The first half of the sessions focused on how mobile app solution – SAP Account Intelligence can help field sales and service personnel can uncover opportunities and sell more with mobile apps offering engaging visualizations and analytics enabled by the SAP HANA platform.
SAP Account Intelligence is part of our new solution – SAP Customer Engagement Intelligence powered by SAP HANA that provides central access for all customer related information. This includes for example revenue and margin decomposition analysis and stratification of customers, the analysis of relationships and the possibility to invest the right resources to the right customers by utilizing segmentation capabilities and target group creation.
The second half of the session focused on how mobile applications – SAP CRM Service Manager and SAP Visual Enterprise Viewer can help boost field technician productivity and service delivery by giving technicians mobile access to relevant information, including 3D service instruction visualizations.
