The SAP HANA Cloud Portal project is doing its utmost to provide you with the best visibility and up-to-date information about our system availability and maintenance schedules.

As a result of feedback that we have received from you, we have now begun to implement fixed times for system maintenance. We ask you to continue to submit feedback about our maintenance process so that we can ensure continuous and timely process improvements.

Our fixed maintenance window is now set for Sundays, from 12:00 – 13:00 CET on a biweekly basis, on odd-numbered calendar weeks. We are going through direction of performing all our maintenance in Zero Down Time therefore the maintenance window published below may result  with no effective downtime at all. We already implemented this for all deployments which doesn’t requires any database updates.

Our product is going on the direction of continues delivery, as a result  there may be deployments in mid-week, but with no effective downtime, ensuring that sites will be productive.

Open sessions may experience a brief session timeout, requiring the user to fresh the browser to re-establish a new session with the servers.
