For marketers working with customers on social media, we are making their view of the prospect or target customer even richer.  Subscribers to solutions from SAP partners FanAppz and Bazaarvoice can take advantage of new integrations that enrich the customer profile within SAP Cloud for Customer with enhanced data from these external applications.

Mangers also benefit from the expansion of our SAP Customer Insight homepage that gives managers a beautiful, mobile-device friendly overview of analytics and KPIs such as trending keywords, interaction counts, team performance, or virtually any other relevant measure.

In a nutshell, this month’s release of SAP Cloud for customer delivers new features the support that marketers need as they engage prospects and cultivate promoters.  And, since it’s Cloud, these enhancements are available at no additional cost for existing subscribers.
