SAP Cloud for Customer – Release 1305 Introduces New Functionality for Marketers
Every day there are billions of conversations about brands, products, and experiences. In this month’s release we are including new functionality to allow you to execute email marketing campaigns directly from within the product. With this functionality, you can track responses as well as key email metrics like open rates, unique click-throughs, and bounces, for a particular email campaign. These metrics also enrich each individual customer’s profile, helping sales people better understand the marketing activities and communications that their prospect has reacted to.
For marketers working with customers on social media, we are making their view of the prospect or target customer even richer. Subscribers to solutions from SAP partners FanAppz and Bazaarvoice can take advantage of new integrations that enrich the customer profile within SAP Cloud for Customer with enhanced data from these external applications.
Mangers also benefit from the expansion of our SAP Customer Insight homepage that gives managers a beautiful, mobile-device friendly overview of analytics and KPIs such as trending keywords, interaction counts, team performance, or virtually any other relevant measure.
