Login to the BO server

1)  Check how much is the CPU utilization and check this for three to four times, Ensure that CPU utilization is between 20% to 30%

2)  Monitor Disk space

Ensure that 😧 / drive(allocated) space does not go below 1 GB 

3) Track  the Logs and error messages of servers and Applications

     Goto Control Panel and then click Administrative Tools in that click Event Viewer

In Event Viewer click Application Logs, Check for warnings and Failures and analyze the failure reasons and trace the logs.
