      Hi Meera,

      I don’t have any samples, but you can create one yourself. SuccessFactors provide workbooks on the Partner Portal.

      Best regards,

      Luke

    I work in support and we are looking to build a similar guide for all the partners out there and this is the best I have found on the SCN.

    We will definitely point to this article in our resource links.

        Hi Luke,

        We have started publishing the content I mentioned in my previous comment.

        It’s called One stop shop for partners (Work in Progress)

        Right now we are working on module specific KBA’s where we are including our top tips and tricks for implementation issues, based on incoming incidents in Support.

        Maybe you can pop over and let us know what you think ?

        Thanks !

        Clyde

    Great collection! Thank you, Luke, for putting this together! I’ve just started with SAP SF and I’m sure I will come back to this list a few more times…

    I found one link that seems to not be available anymore: It’s in the first paragraph (“Overview”), in the middle, called “SuccessFactors Cloud Architecture”.

      Thanks Monika! Thanks for letting me know about the broken link – it seems that SAP have changed or removed the page. I’ll see if I can find it otherwise I’ll remove it.

    Hi Luke,

    I just wanted to let you know that I’ve just recently completed my certification in EC. I have been trying to get my hands on the EC Handbook

    Employee Central handbooks from SAP [s-user required]

    But it seems its not available any more.  I even contacted helpdesk and they informed that :

    You are receiving the unauthorized error as the content is not viewable. This may mean a moderator has flagged it or the author has not published it or removed the content.

    If you have a live link, can you please share it with me?

      The “old” support portal has been “retired” and replaced with the new Support Portal. The document(s) you mention are now moved/part of the SAP Learning Hub….which you need a subscription for.

    Need expert help in getting the SAP SuccessFactors Learning documents related to learning items. As per the API document i am making a call from postman/boomi and getting error response

    Request:
    GET /learning/odatav4/learningPlan/v1/LearningItemDocuments
    ?$filter=lisCriteria/itemID eq ‘1147305822’
    and lisCriteria/itemTypeID eq ‘COURSE’
    and lisCriteria/revisionDate eq 1147304737000

    Response:
    {
    “error”: {
    “code”: null,
    “message”: “ERROR: error.public.rest.item.noaccess\n”
    }
    }

    Where could be the issue?

      This document isn’t really the right place to ask this type of question, you should create a discussion.

      For this error it looks like a permission issue.

      It depends on the document. Most blogs and articles are not. For the latest features, refer to the updated implementation handbooks or release documentation from SAP.

      This document is updated regularly with new content. Sometimes older content is removed if it is no longer relevant.

    @Luke Marson,

    We would like to fast track our group wide rollout and would like to in the same instance of SF create different company codes which would in turn result in separate company/entity org structures.

    Will it be possible to copy configuration objects from one company code to the next to enable us to rapidly rollout the entities?

    instance based foundation objects and rules are the same across companies.

    Regards,

    Henri
