On his second day at SAPPHIRE NOW, Thomas Otter talks about his new role at SuccessFactors, where he will take responsibility for Employee Central. I ran into Thomas outside the keynote theatre as we hurried in to watch Co-CEO Bill McDermott's performance. Dapper in a new blue Boss suit, striped socks and Chelsea boots, Thomas was chuffed about being back at SAP after a hiatus of several years during which he worked as an analyst at Gartner.
Before entering the keynote theater (where I ran the gauntlet with Thomas who greeted friends left and right), we took a moment to grab a coffee and shoot this video. You'll need to turn up the sound as Thomas was not yet caffeinated.
