Andriod device unable to authenticate on self service portal during enrollment
Question:
When I attempted to enroll my Android device I was unable to authenticate to the self-service portal – I immediately received a 401.3 error.
Answer:
The default browser on some older Android devices don’t support Windows Authentication. The recommended workaround is to try a different browser and re-attempt the enrollment process. The text of the 401 error shows that same message:
