SAP Support has cut loose at SAPPHIRE NOW
Finally SAPPHIRE NOW and ASUG Annual Conference have officially started with an outstanding keynote presentation this morning. After that the showfloor got filled up very fast – no surprise as we’re running the biggest SAPPHIRE NOW event ever!
Just in time Our SAP Active Global Support Center within the Services & Support Area was set up to be ready for our customers discussing the latest support innovations with our on-site experts. Here’s a picture from our booth before the show has kicked off:
As you can tell by the following picture the AGS Center has attracted customers’ attention very quickly after the showfloor was opened:
Amongst other things the AGS Center is featuring 32 demo sessions and 6 expert tables. The demo presentations are allowing customers to experience how we help customers execute on their innovation strategy whereas the expert tables help to to deep dive into support specific topics. Some of the demo sessions have even on day one already been fully packed – e.g. the one on intuitive IT management dashboards (ID 7188):
This definitely has been a great start of an phenomenal event ensuring that our support staff keeps being really excited. We hope to see you all at our SAP Support presence.
