Constructech recently featured a great article about putting customers first to achieve stunning innovation.  This is exactly how SAP works with our customers to do truly amazing things!  Specifically, we leverage Design Thinking to develop Customer Journey Maps, really getting into the minds of customers – internal or external to your organization.  When was the last time you really sat down and thought about what is important to your superintendents or foremen?  Is the technology you’re delivering making their lives easier, or is it forcing them to do more administration in the jobsite trailer?  What would they tell you is the number one thing that would make their lives easier, their crews more efficient, and their projects more profitable?  We love having these conversations at SAP and want to help you run better!
