Some times you need to reassign 1 change document to a different Maintenance Cycle (or maybe you have the dead message "No link to maintenance cycle"),

If you have SAP Solution Manager SP8, you can use this feature ( check this link for more info SAP HELP)

But If you have an old version, you can use this "feature" in the old fashion way :-).

TO EXECUTE THIS REPORTS, YOU NEED TO BE SURE THAT WHAT YOU 'RE DOING!!!

You need to run the program /TMWFLOW/CRM_CHNG_DOC_REASSIGN

Here you need to fill the Solman Project (The system dont bring the project list), the Change document number, the Change Transaction type and then select the new Task List

When you run the program, the system will be ask again to confirm if you want to update the cycle assignment.Screen Shot 2013-04-23 at 5.13.50 PM.png

After the report run, you will see the Status report, If you want more information you can execute the SLG1 with the object /TMWFLOW/CMSCVScreen Shot 2013-04-23 at 5.13.56 PM.png

  • "No link to maintenance cycle"

If you run this report to fix the "No link to maintenance cycle" error, you need to run the report CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT to update the document status.

Filter by the Transaction number that you want to update.

And remember to Select "Update Without Status Change".

This will update the Change document and remove the "No link to maintenance cycle" error.
