Addendum: Transitioning Between 3.0 and 4.0 in Visualization Solutions by Nakisa (4.0 SP1 Diagrams)

In April 2013, Nakisa released 4.0 SP1. As part of this update, OrgManager had a name change to TeamManager. As a result the diagrams contained in the “Transitioning Between 3.0 and 4.0 in Visualization Solutions by Nakisa” blog post were in effect out of date. A new set of (slightly amended) diagrams have been created and included here as an addendum to the original blog post.
