Partners that join the SAP Mobile Apps Partner Program already know the advantage of building packaged apps and publishing them on the SAP Store – accessible to 230000+ SAP customers.

This offer has now been extended. As before, an SAP partner can develop their app on the SAP Mobile Platform and have it certified, following the standard SAP Mobile Apps Partner Program certification process. NEW: once live on the SAP Store, the partner can in addition create a Rapid Deployment Solution for that packaged app, and publish it on the SAP Store as well. The benefit of an Rapid Deployment Solution for the customer is that they can take advantage of game-changing innovations with a low-cost and predictable approach, as the Rapid Deployment Solution provides the customer a ‘bundle’ with a defined solution scope, fixed implementation duration, and fixed service price. As a result of this, the partner can benefit from a quicker adoption of their mobile app in the market.

Learn more in this recorded webinar.

Partners also have the opportunity to create a Rapid Deployment Solution that encompasses their mobile app PLUS an SAP Rapid Deployment Solution, such as the one for the SAP Mobile Platform. Such a combination of Rapid Deployment Solutions will then still have a defined and qualified “fixed scope, fixed time, fixed price implementation offer“. Partners who are already a value added reseller can in addition sell the SAP application software underlying an RDS.

For the partner to create a Rapid Deployment Solution for their SAP Store published app, they simply need to follow the standardized process for qualification of partner-led rapid-deployment solutions. The qualification process is available to SAP PartnerEdge members who commit to deliver on the SAP rapid-deployment solution promise (in short: fixed scope, fixed price, fixed time).
