Great list Michelle! Over the last couple of years I have had the opportunity to work with some retailers who are concerned with some of the challenges you talk about above. Tracking in-store engagement is an analytics is an area that I am interested to talk about. Understanding customer behavior, movement patterns, and then visualizing those spatial patterns is something of interest that I am working on. If there are any retailers who are interested in having these conversations, let me know! @rmgoodm. If you want to get a taste of indoor engagement that is more fun than revenue impacting check out while you walk the exhibitor floor 🙂 .
