Our High-Tech forum at SAPPHIRE just received some great news as we’ve confirmed Lenovo’s participation in a theater presentation of their CRM on HANA story.  As the PC market leader, sales business processes have unique complexity and strong demand in their efficiency.  As a mission critical system of Lenovo’s, global SAP CRM supports Sales and Marketing business in 160+ countries. After having BW on HANA in production for a year, Lenovo pursued a pilot to place global CRM on HANA. This presentation will share business challenges that CRM on HANA addressed, the fact-based results and the different engagement models to implement CRM on HANA in short period of time.  Great insight for those considering introducing in-memory into their core business processes!
