SAP Mobile Documents is SAP’s answer to the growing demand of having access to your documents at any time, anywhere, and on any device. It allows collaboration between business partners, and colleagues while respecting the needs for secure content management. SAP Mobile Documents was released last month and is now available for ramp-up customers.
What does ramp-up mean?
Ramp-up is the controlled delivery of a new product to dedicated customers before it becomes generally available (and no, it is not beta-testing). If you as a customer want to acquire a product in ramp-up, you need to fill in a questionnaire together with your account executive and apply to be part of the process. Customers usually have very precise ideas on how to use a product. With the questionnaire, SAP can verify whether the product really covers your use case, and make sure that it fits your needs. During ramp-up, an experienced consultant will accompany your project team. You virtually have the opportunity to influence the product with your feedback.
