Learn about three “must-haves” for a successful SAP rollout at the SAPPHIRE NOW/ASUG Annual Conference
What are the keys to a successful SAP rollout? Obviously there are many. But from an organizational enablement perspective, here are three must-haves:
- Stakeholders who are prepared early on to adopt your planned business and technology changes
- A comprehensive end user training strategy
- A strong and stable super user network
At the SAPPHIRE NOW/ASUG Annual Conference in Orlando May 14-16, SAP Education experts in the areas of end user enablement and organizational change, and in one case a special customer guest, will lead ASUG sessions on these topics. Here are three sessions you won’t want to miss:
IZE on the Prize: Super-ize your Super Users Program (ASUG-1301)
Kerry Brown, SAP Education North America, and Laura Shartle, Newell Rubbermaid
Tuesday, May 14 from 11:00 am-12:00 pm EST
Early Alignment: Incremental Readiness Activities for More Rapid Business Value Realization (ASUG-1406)
Amy Feldman, SAP Education North America
Wednesday, May 15 from 12:30-1:30 pm EST
Get On Course: Building a Comprehensive SAP End User Training Strategy (ASUG-1514)
Julie Williamson-Wright, SAP Education North America
Thursday, May 16 from 4:15-5:15 pm EST

ASUG is such a great opportunity to learn from our clients, colleagues, and partners. I always benefit from the exposure to how others have tackled common (and uncommon...) OCM and EUT challenges. Can't wait to see everyone there!
This really is awesome and fortunate to have such strong representation from our team to work with customers at Sapphire - cant wait to get more and more customers looking at how to make their employees perform better!!
I am looking forward to networking with our customers and learning more about the challenges they face so that we can provide the right SAP solutions to meet and exceed their expectations. It's truly ALL about the customer so...GAME ON!
We know that your session agendas can fill up quickly so you have to be selective. If you have any questions about these SAP Education sessions, please feel free to ask us here.
Also, Julie, Amy, and Kerry will be available to speak with you individually at the conference. Just let us know if you like to schedule time to speak with one of them at the SAP Education area in the Services Lounge at SAPPHIRE NOW.
Julie, Amy, and Kerry asked me to give you one more way too reach out to them. Here are their LinkedIn links. We welcome your input and questions!
