How to call custom transaction codes using SUP on iOS????

Hey Everyone,

Kind of new to SAP, but trying to solve a problem for a mobile device.....

We are using iPod 4's the SAPTran app (I believe this is SUP) and SAP.

How do you get iOs to use SUP to call SAP for a custom transaction code?  I need the three software's to work together to call a custom t-code so it can be verified.  I highly doubt we are the only company to have this issue, so I am turning to the experts!!  Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
