If you are coming to ASUG Annual Conference (conveniently co-located with SAPPHIRENOW) and you want to participate in a community effort to raise money for Doctors Without Borders, please read on.

I have created a document (editable) where participants can sign up for the 'SAP Community Challenge' (or sapcc).  In this challenge, similar to a marathon or a bike-a-thon, we will be signing up to participate at the conference.

When you sign up to participate, you will identify what your portion of the challenge is - will you run 5 miles a day? Will you walk 50 feet a day?

Will you fill out at least 10 session evaluations?  Will you consume no less than 5 coffees each day?

Then, when you have updated the document with your commitment, use your mad social media skills and get your friends, family, and co-workers to support you.  FB, LinkedIn, Twitter.  You can write letters to your mom and dad using paper!

Anybody that agrees to support you should go to the Doctors Without Borders Fundraising Page and donate there.

I believe that together we can make a huge difference for MSF, and there is no reason why we can't make it fun, too, right?

With enough community members participating, we can become a group of 'helpers' that are so desperately needed.

Please consider joining the SAP Community Challenge (#sapcc) either as a participant or as a sponsor.

Thank you.
