3 Considerations for Partners Selling SAP Cloud Solutions

  • Create a sound business plan that takes into account the economics of the cloud. The real money from cloud investment will come in over an extended period of time. Can your organization commit to the upfront financial investment and adapt to the deferred revenue stream?
  • Get the support of key people within your organization. Because of the cloud business model, it requires a high level of commitment. CEO buy-in is crucial to the success of cloud.
