Today, there is a new capability to personalize SAP screens without programming called SAP Screen Personas. This new offering can improve user productivity, increase customer satisfaction, reduce cost of personalization, and decrease training time. A recent article has been published byOliver Betz and Matthias Stenzl in the SAPinsider called Boost User Satisfaction and Productivity with Tailored UIs. This article covers this topic and more. See the summary provided below

Delivering a great user experience is a key to increasing employee productivity, allowing users to complete tasks with fewer clicks, and decreasing time spent on data entry and data gathering. For SAP customers looking to create a unique, tailored experience for their business users, SAP has two key offerings: SAP Screen Personas (software that allows customers who use the classical SAP to personalize and simplify their experience without writing any code) and UX Services (a custom development service that can help build a new, competitively differentiating user experience on top of a company’s existing SAP and non-SAP business applications). In this article, you’ll explore both offerings and learn more about use cases for each.
