There are many aspects to developing your mobile strategy, and many companies are challenged to realize the expected gains from their mobile initiatives. Sometimes you need access to a group of strategy and innovation experts to help guide you through the decisions you need to make to leverage mobile and other related technologies.

You happen to be in luck because there will be such a group at SAPPHIRE. You can get a jump start on your conversation with them by checking out their ongoing mobile strategy blog series called the Enterprise Mobility Minute. Most if not all of these experts will be at SAPPHIRENOW 2013, but I’ll pick out a few posts from them that caught my attention. To start, the latest post by Jomy Pidiath and Tonja Erismann introduces the concept of using Design Thinking to solve ‘wicked problems’. I also enjoyed the first post by Ahmed El Adl which began to open up my understanding around how you must consider both a complex set of elements and the business context. He then goes onto unpackage this over several posts.

We’ll be sharing more about mobile strategy and the specific onsite activity as we get closer to SAPPHIRE.  Take a look at the agenda builder and register today.
