In my 10 years with SAP Education, I’ve had the opportunity to work with many successful SAP customers. A common thread that runs through these organizations is the way they use super users, application support specialists, and centers of excellence (COEs) to answer questions, resolve issues, and keep their SAP systems running at optimal levels.

The people who provide this support are your superstars. They’ve worked on the project teams that built your systems; perhaps they’ve attained an SAP certification; and they’ve stayed informed about updates to SAP software. But in a world where the pace of SAP’s innovation is relentless, they’d have to be looking over our developers’ shoulders 24x7 to keep up with everything!

An obvious alternative to peering over developers’ shoulders is to leverage the many SAP courses – whether classroom training or e-learning – or the Online Knowledge Products (OKPs) that are written by SAP consultants in the early phases of a product release and provide timely product delta information. But what’s been missing, until now, is a way to put all of these assets at the fingertips of your project teams, your COE, and your super users.

SAP Learning Hub is a new solution from SAP Education that provides on-demand access to more than 900 SAP Education flipbooks, 450 e-learning titles, and 150 OKPs.  This wealth of knowledge is available 24x7 globally to those internal SAP experts you rely on to keep your SAP investment humming. With SAP Learning Hub, your team doesn’t have to spend time thumbing through colleagues’ SAP handbooks.  They don’t have to search online for product update information.  It’s all in SAP Learning Hub, and the content is updated monthly. This solution is available in three, subscription-based versions – Customer, Partner, and Enterprise – which give you a selection of entry options.

I believe that by giving your technical experts “fingertip access” to the arsenal of SAP knowledge, you are making a sound investment in your people. My team has put together an online session where we explain how you can make this happen with SAP Learning Hub.

If you’d like to join me for this on-demand session, please register for SAP Education’s 2013 Virtual Symposium.  Or, if you’ve already registered, click on this link and log in to the symposium.  Then click on the virtual Theater and select “SAP Learning Hub – Your 24/7 Online Learning Portal.”

I look forward to seeing you there!
