How do trade and consumption develop over the next 20 years? How does demand change for the consumers and customers of tomorrow and what needs and aspirations do they have? How and where do we want to purchase in 2030, and which impact do we have on it?

In cooperation with Migros and the GDI Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute, SAP has analyzed emerging trends and outlined possible future scenarios regarding retail and consumption. Crowdsourcing (online brainstorming with atizo.com), science fiction impulses, and the analysis of mega trends were used to find alternatives to conventional supply. A broad range of ideas has been developed further with representatives from Migros, SAP, GDI, and other experts.

The results were collected in the following study by GDI and a video prospectively looking at the topic:
