Creation of Rule Based workflow

1.Create a Change Request Type and Assing the WorkFlow Template.

2.Assing the Steps to CR.

3.Activate Linkage type

4.Create Decision table i.e. assing the Agents etc.

we are done with the Rule based WF ready to test,test it out by loggin to workcenter.
