When running MRP using algorithm /SAPAPO/HEU_MRP_PLANNING you are receiving the error "The safety stock/days' supply could not be determined".
Other than a material missing safety stock master data, what may have caused this error?
Check the validity of the production calendar assigned to the location first. Make sure that the test client uses a valid production calendar in the location.
Message /SAPAPO/CTM1605 - Customizing: "Key Figure Assignment not Unique" - could be also the cause of message /SAPAPO/RRP_HEUR058.
Why is error message /SAPAPO/CTM1605 raised?
This message will be raised when there are entries in customizing table /sapapo/pbkeyfun that are not unique. The system checks this table at the following point of code:
/SAPAPO/SAPLCTM_SSTCK (FORM CUSTOMIZING_GET_TDS).
To get to the customising transaction of table /sapapo/pbkeyfun, you can go to transaction SM31, enter table name /sapapo/pbkeyfun and hit the customizing button. Compare this customizing setting with that of your system.
