Do you own a mobile device? Are you interested in App development? If you answered both questions with “yes” than the third question is: Have you heard of the SAP University App Rumble and would like to win a trip to Orlando, Florida?

Mobile devices are changing the way we live. Checking mails on the go, finding your way around, taking a photo on your trip and then instantly sharing it with your friends. Mobile devices, mobile access to the internet and Apps made all this possible.

And the development just started. New great mobile Apps are created and published every day for use cases nobody thought about before. But many innovations are so great that you don’t want to live without them anymore because they make your life so much easier and better.

Now what is the SAP University App Rumble? It is your opportunity to become a part of this development  together with SAP, a leader in the mobility and cloud business.

In the SAP University App Rumble teams of students engage in a competition to create a new App for one of SAP’s 24 industries. The students are encouraged to use a design thinking approach to enable them to measure the desirability, feasibility, and viability of their application to ensure that they have created a vetted solution.

The three finalist teams in the competition will get an all-expenses paid trip to SAP’s premier customer event, SAPPHIRE, in Orlando, Florida. Additionally, their mobile application will be created with the help of SAP developers and will be showcased at the event!

This competition is the perfect way for students to build the App of their dreams while having the chance to interact with leaders in the technology industry. The SAP University App Rumble is also a way for SAP to team up with a younger generation of mobile-savvy students to ensure that they continue to be a trailblazer in the industry.

Spread the word and encourage involvement in the SAP University App Rumble!
