SAP Partners: Did You Get the Save-the-Date Email?

I trust that you got a chance to read the email that we sent late last week inviting SAP partners like you to jump start your SAPPHIRE NOW experience by attending the SAP Partner Summit on May 13.

As we are getting a a tad bit closer to the SAPPHIRE NOW + ASUG Conference, which runs from May 14-16, attending the SAP Partner Summit is the best way to go to get pumped up for the main event:SAPPHIRE NOW. If you already registered for SAPPHIRE NOW, you will receive a personalized invitation to the summit.

I want you to attend the SAP Partner Summit because the value that you will get out of it will build momentum for your SAP business in ways that you didn’t expect. Also, the good thing is that the summit will be held at the Hilton Hotel, which is next to the convention center.

Get the Strategy, Get Enabled
I was at last-year’s partner summit and it was great to hear our top executives talk to partners about direction, strategy, and the market place opportunities where you can flourish. This year, you’ll hear from our top partner executives, including Eric Duffaut, president of SAP’s Global Ecosystem & Channels, and learn about our strategy and opportunities for you.

Better yet, you can expect a more interactive format. What I mean is that you are not going to have to sit for 8-hours to listen of a lecture-style format. Instead, there will be plenty of microforums and smaller booths for you to meet with SAP executives and teams on products and opporunities in the marketplace.

Partner Networking
A big thing that we are promoting is the networking between our partners in the SAP ecosystem. I’ll write more about that in another post, but in a nutshell, when you attend this partner-only summit, you have a great opportunity to meet with other partners, learn about each other and create new business opportunities with each other. As you know, no one-partner can do it all and partnering is a great way to expand and create new opportunities.
