Whether you’re new to SAPPHIRE NOW or a seasoned veteran, there’s a new way to experience the event in Orlando this year: Forums! Featuring “must-see” content for specific industries and lines of business (LoB) Forums at SAPPHIRE NOW are designed to enhance and simplify your experience in Orlando in a one-day community format.
As this year’s social media ambassador for Industries/LoB (along with SAP colleague sarahkellman) I look forward to uncovering the details about the new Forums experience, so be sure to follow me on Twitter @TClark01 to stay plugged in and up-to-date. In the meantime, here’s what we know so far.
Each Forum contains unique content and takes place in a dedicated area on the SAPPHIRE NOW show floor. This new format makes it easier for attendees to identify and attend the sessions that matter most. In addition, attendees can easily meet and network with peers that share common industry or LoB interests and challenges.
Denise Broady, Senior Vice President of Solution Marketing at SAP confirms that Forums at SAPPHIRE NOW will have their own keynotes, theater presentations, microforums, demos, and networking activities focused on specific business needs. Broady said each forum begins with welcoming remarks, and an opportunity to watch the day’s SAPPHIRE NOW executive keynote with industry or LoB colleagues. Afterwards, attendees can hear forum keynotes, followed by presentations, microforums, demos, and discussion groups.
“It’s a great way to learn about the latest trends, solutions, technologies, and services from SAP and our partners,” said Broady. “We know how important it is for attendees to meet with SAP customers, experts, and thought leaders who understand specific business challenges and help them run like never before.”
