No data displayed in the product planning table (transaction /SAPAPO/PPT1) in the “Product view: periodic”

If you have had issues like:

“If more than one location was selected no order data was loaded.” or

“If more than one planner was selected no order data was loaded”,

I would recommend you to check the field ” maximum number of pegging areas” in the navigation tree under user settings:

For performance reasons, a special logic was implemented for the data display in the “product view: periodic”.

1) The number of the product material combinations (PegIDs) will be checked by the system – which were determined by the selection criteria – and this number is compared to the “maximum number of pegging areas” from the user settings in the navigation tree tab strip.

2) In case the number of selected pegging areas is higher than the maximum  number of pegging areas from the user settings, no data is displayed in the product view periodic.
