How to add SAP HANA database entry in SAP HANA Studio

  • Open HANA Studio from Programs -> SAP HANA -> SAP HANA Studio
  • Create new Instance for HANA server in Navigator.
  • Right click on the navigator pane and select Add System.

  • Fill all the required fields.
    • Hostname : IP Address of SAP HANA server
    • Instance Number : Instance number of SAP HANA server
    • Description : Description for the SAP HANA instance which you are creating now
    • Locale :

  • Click Next and fill userid, password required for SAP HANA database server

  • Click Finish and new entry gets added in Navigator.
