Do I understand this correctly?
All previous forums for ASE, RepSvr, Tuning, etc are now in this one forum?
And since I don’t see any historic entries, I assume we will loose all the info contained in the old forums?

Your understanding is correct: the different forums in the former NNTP newsgroups have not been separated out in SCN, apart from the high-level SAP-vs-non-SAP distinction. Given the low number of messages in the public newsgroups over the past year, it didn't make sense to have separate forums for all of these.
The existing NNTP articles are not migrated to SCN. However, they remain available via Google and via http://nntp-archive.sybase.com (though the latter address might change at some point).

Is there any time frame as to how long the nntp-archive will be available?
I don't think a time frame has been mentioned.
