To teach at a secondary school is not challenging? That is so far away from reality.

The Academic Competence Center in Vienna hosted a course for secondary teachers. The curriculum started with a scenario from daily practise: After a fair, GBI has gained new customers. Therefore sales force has to extend the customer master data. Due to the new knowledge about competitors and customers, the product range and the price policy  have to be adapted. Based on the new or enlarged master data, quotations are being sent out and GBI wins some new contracts. But sales processes have to be controlled. The reports within the profitability analysis were not sufficient enough, therefore a new query has to be generated. That is one case study pupils learn in secondary schools in Austria.
