Do you have a S-user ID and authorizations to access the SAP Support Portal?  Do you want to be a part of creating a SAP Support Portal that is focused on your needs?  Then we want you!
The Customer Engagement Initiative (CEI) compiles a list of projects three times a year that allows you the opportunity to get involved, provide feedback, and influence the direction of SAP products, solutions, and services.
The SAP Active Global Support Customer Experience team has re-registered a project that we would like to draw to your attention.
Title of project
Building a working relationship with the SAP Active Global Support (AGS) Customer Experience team while actively engaging with and contributing to the future of SAP Support Portal

Description

The SAP AGS Customer Experience team is in need of customers to enlist and participate in assisting with a redesign and new implementation of the SAP Support Portal.  By participating in the Customer Advisory Forum, you will be able to help define areas of focus for the SAP Support Portal, be the first to test and participate in new functionalities, and validate that SAP Support’s direction is in sync with your needs and business plans.

Goal

An engaged group of customers with whom we can ask questions, test assumptions, discuss and validate the SAP Support Portal’s direction

Role of customer

  • You will learn about and be able to contribute to the future SAP Support Portal vision
  • You will have the opportunity to comment on and help prioritize required enhancements or features
  • You will have the opportunity to pilot/test new features and functionality
  • You will get direct access to SAP product managers and influencers
  • You will have the opportunity to network with other SAP customers in the council

Planned activities and estimated effort for participants

  • Participate in a teleconference monthly
  • Regular and ongoing participation in an invitation-only StreamWork/SAP Jam activity
  • Participate in usability studies or connect us with the appropriate colleagues in your company to participate in usability studies

you know what, we learn a new thing every day !

I never knew this Customer Engagement Initiative existed and now I do.

Having used SMP for the last 14 years I am interested to contribute to this project 🙂

    All the best,

      Hi Brian,

      Thanks for your question!

We plan on using Jam around Q2.  Currently, we are using Streamwork, but will be transitioning to the Jam platform for virtual engagement.

Let me know if you have further questions.

      Thanks,

      Kristen

        Hi Kristen,

Sorry I mean what time in the day do you think we will need to be available? Do you think we will be doing things at 12:00 PST or..?

        Thanks!

          Hi Brian,

No worries!  We have been having 2 calls in English (one at 10 AM EST and one at 6 PM EST), and just added a German call as well.

Best part of the Streamwork/Jam is that we can work on things at any time 🙂

          Thanks,

          Kristen
