As part of the Hot Topic of the Week campaign for Cloud Portal, I’m happy to announce our new Customer Feedback Program for 2013 that is currently being initiated. In this program, we aim to hold joint feedback sessions with customers, partners, consultants and SAP Mentors for collecting feedback and requirements for the ongoing SAP HANA Cloud Portal deliveries.
Now that Cloud Portal is generally available in the market and we have 1K+ trial users actively and freely working with the product, we are ready to structure a dedicated forum to collaborate on newly developed capabilities and future plans, with the SAP HANA Cloud Portal product and development teams.
What’s in it for me (for you…)
By participating in the Customer Feedback Program you get the opportunity to influence future development of the product, provide feedback on design topics directly to the product and development teams and in addition share ideas, solutions and best practices within an ecosystem of similar SAP customers and partners.
What is required to join?
The forum will meet bi-monthly to discuss Cloud Portal hot topics (capabilities, scenarios, roadmap, pricing etc). We expect to run the feedback sessions along the year, where the program participants attend the sessions, collaborate and share feedback with the forum. We will provide the agenda in advance and accept new topics from the meeting participants.
