Cloud companies – the service you provide is critical to businesses large and small. David hints that to provide the level of customer service required, Cloud prices must increase. Expect customer service become a competitive differentiator?
Stat according to Symantec – I knew the number was high, but not this high – 83% of large enterprises and 70% of SMB’s acknowledge problems with unauthorized Cloud deployments. As Cloud apps proliferate, IT must be part of the conversation and planning is critical.

Have a great weekend.
