The first version allows to capture expenses while being on tour. The expenses will be automatically assigned in case there is a corresponding expense report. Otherwise you will find them in your unassigned expenses feed. From there you can assign them to your expense reports at any time making use of the iPad or desktop browser app. It is all seamlessly integrated.
