ConAgra implemented SAP® Enterprise Inventory Optimization by SmartOps to help optimize inventory levels throughout their supply chain. They can now analyze data to identify changes in demand, supply, and network alignment. These insights allow them to make decisions for achieving optimal inventory levels, freeing working capital, and improving customer service.

ConAgra achieved a substantial reduction in inventory costs by replacing eleven supply chain applications with one. And they optimized capacity planning by successfully migrating from eight planning organizations to an enterprise structure – with a single, unified strategy.
