SAP Philippines Education center: Highly unprofessional, incompetent and inefficient. Nobody replies to mails, calls, or sms.

I had to go personally to inquire about a course that is due to begin in a couple weeks. And even after that, no one bothered to inform me whether it is being scheduled for the given dates on the website or not.

Tried calling coordinator today, that is, a week before the date,but she just doesn’t respond. Even the Education Manager has taken her own sweet time to respond after n number of mails.

Very bad and ill-coordinated staff. A disappointing center from SAP.

      Hi Sai Sunil,

      could you kindly let us know if the issue has been resolved from your perspective? I believe as you did not formally enroll in the course so therefore you may not have been notified of the course cancellation as it would typically happen.

      Unfortunately our registration team in South East Asia has been extremely busy as well which caused some delays that are normally not common.
