Oman-based OTE Group is an automotive distribution, sales and service company, and one of the most successful business establishments in the country.  With the company intent on maintaining its leadership position and customer-friendly reputation, OTE continually seeks ways to improve its processes. 

The company partnered with the SAP Enterprise Support advisory council, a team of SAP experts available through SAP Enterprise Support services, to help OTE improve operations and find new ways to innovate.  As a member of the SAP Enterprise Support advisory council, the company had access to all SAP Enterprise Support services and tools.  In addition, they had the opportunity to participate in several advisory council work streams at no additional charge, such as alerting and monitoring, focused on improving business processes and reducing costs.  As a result of the close collaboration between SAP Enterprise Support and OTE, the company accomplished its goals of significantly improving their business processes – resulting in reduced operational costs and ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service.
