I was wondering about SAP ERP implementation strategies, in the last weeks, and I faced a lot of problems to find relevant information through the internet.
It make sense, when we realized that it is deeply related to each company.
Even then, I decided to write something to help / share what we are facing and how we are solving this issues.
First, the scenario:
I work for a global company, that have many different timezones, industries, and scenarios across the world.
This can be a problem, if we started to think about technical stuff, in terms of freezing developments, projects, business scenarios, and environment maintenance.
Due to this complex scenario, I started an "assessment", in order to create a "pros and cons" table, to help this analysis.
This blog will share this experience, and I hope, help another companies in the future, to pick the right strategy / architecture in terms of ERP.
