The integration add-on for SAP ERP Human Capital Management (SAP ERP HCM) and SuccessFactors Business Execution (SuccessFactors BizX) enables the integration of data for employee data and organizational data, as well as for data that is required for evaluation purposes. Basic employee data and organizational data is transferred from SAP ERP HCM to SuccessFactors BizX to support Talent Management processes. Analytical data is transferred from SAP ERP HCM to SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics to support workforce planning and workforce analytics.
The integration add-on comprises ABAP-based programs for the following purposes:
The extraction of a basic set of attributes for employees, including organizational attributes, to a file with a flat file format that is available to be uploaded to SuccessFactors BizX
The extraction logic represents the downloaded data according to best-practice models for the data structure that SuccessFactors BizX needs for the import. There are various extraction options available for selected attributes. Furthermore, you can use defined customer exits to adapt the data extraction to suit your requirements as required, without making modifications.
The extraction of analytical data to files with a flat file format that are available to be uploaded to SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics
