Where is transaction CRM_DNO_MONITOR on Solution Manager 7.1

The first if trough ITSM access to Incident Management workcenter and click con “Solution Manager Reporting”

Once, on Reporting, on the second tab you can run the reporting option, the report that we need is named “Solution Specific Reporting”

The default option on that report is filter the operation by solution name, to make a successful test, delete it to display all message independent of they transition type

Now we get trough HTML-GUI the message reporting, that you can manage as well as crm_dno_monitor

How we can acces to that tolos from sapgui ? just open web system properties, on botton-right  side.

We get REPORT name:                 RDSWP_REP_SERV_DESK

Just run trough transaction se38, the report “RDSWP_REP_SERV_DESK”, and also like before delete the default value for solution name

 

Execute and now we can acces to the sae functionality to old  crm_dno_monitor, variant, layout, and most important the ABAP debugger to find som problems

On my test system i don’t got SLFN transaction type, bu ti seam that in the same tool we can see both transation types
