The field service operations can see and exchange information such as their service orders, install base information and parts to get the job done right the first time. Not only do they become more efficient, their assignments can be optimized and they can consistently achieve their SLA. For instance improve first time rate by 20%, increase service orders tracked by over 30% and gain 40 min per technician per day.
For supply chain operations, you can proactively detect, sense and respond to manufacturing, service and supply chain changes. Don’t let inventory exceptions become issues. With mobile, your organization can better and more accurately decrease or eliminate reliance on “safety stock.” Storeroom visibility reduces the number of duplicate inventory items. This can lead to 3-5% inventory reduction. Also reduce data entry and travel time by 50% by doing things like receiving and record picks, count and receipts using mobile as well as eliminating double entry from warehouse and data entry clerks.
