Being myself an SAP BI/BW consultant I always keep an eye open to the new technologies. Since in the SAP world the current buzz word is SAP HANA, I have decided to try it. And I was very pleased that SAP is offering a free trial access to an SAP HANA server through a cloud environment called ‘cloudshare’. What I wanted to share was the extremely pleasant experience I had with the guys from the customer service at SAP ‘In-memory development Center’. Although there was no obligation from their part to do any support since it is a free trial and consequently no SLA involved, they did a great job to support me with some issues I had.
