This is the kind of information we also require if you need to open a XX-PART-HPS-LOR Support Message with SAP

 

–  Check the Loadrunner version and if there are any patches installed on it ?
What is the operating system and service pack level ?

 

–  Are you able to reproduce the issue when logged on as an Administrator ?

 

–  Is there any antivirus software installed on the machine ?
Can you check the problem status with the antivirus or any other load generating software disabled ?

 

–  Verify that Hyperthreading is not enabled from system BIOS ?
(LoadRunner does not support Hyperthreading)

 

–  If the issue is script related you should replay the script with all three extended log options selected from Run Time Settings -> Log.
After replaying the script select (File -> Zip Operations -> Export to Zip File) and collect the resulting zip file.
