Remote support component merges with Solution Manager diagnostics

Remote support component, is a system monitoring and analysis platform, specifically for SAP customers who only have an SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1 install base.

Current development of remote support component has stopped and all future development and bug fixes will be considered in the development of a trimmed down edition of Solution Manager for Java, which will likely be named Solution Manager Diagnostics.

A monitoring solution that will work with SAP Business Intelligence Platform 4.0 is currently under development and more information on development progress will be advertised once we are closer to the release date.

In the meantime, we offer the following options for extended diagnostics for SAP Business Intelligence Platform 4.0.
