In Jan, 2013, SEIKO-EPSON China and Guoyu Software signed another Purchase Agreement for more Ahoova software licenses and Annual Maintenance Service (2013) for EPSON’s ITSM software system after their first cooperation in 2011. While Guoyu software team continues providing ITSM/ITIL services for EPSON in the following year, it also demonstrates EPSON’s positive recognition and trust for Guoyu’s high quality product Ahoova and their great services.

    

Albert, director of Guoyu’s customer service department, said, “We never make one-time deals. What we are pursuing is a long-term and stable relationship with our customers by providing the best ITIL/ITSM software and relevant services. Our customers’ trust is based on the solid accumulation of our excellent services for years.”

     

EPSON started trying out and customizing Ahoova ITIL/ITSM software from the end of 2011. The whole system went online in March, 2012.

EPSON plans to use Ahoova in more segments of the company in 2013 and we believe its internal IT service management will be better and better in the future.
